Capture COS/WIP Activity

Run the Capture COS/WIP Activity Process to execute the calculation process for the cost of sales (COS) for the project jobs, inventory, receipts, and adjustment transactions.

  1. Navigate to Capture COS/WIP Activity (Service Management > Project Management > General Operations > Capture COS / WIP Activity).

  2. Check the Starting and Ending dates and, if necessary, adjust the end date or select Capture Outdated Transactions so that the job is included in the processing.

  3. Select Post Cost of Sales / MFG Variance so that the cost of sales can be posted.

  4. Click Process ProcessIcon on the menu bar.
