Cost Code Details Dashboard

The Cost Code Details dashboard is designed to provide both operational and accounting teams with visibility of cost performance against quoted values, planned job costs and actuals. The ability to view and explore costs at an operational level, prior to any posting to the ledger, can greatly improve the timeliness of information and the ability to rectify data errors much closer to the event.

Being able to compare the quoted and planned values with the project ledger values enables accurate investigation into issues and potential cost overruns.

This dashboard provides visibility across multiple phases and multiple projects to enable analysis of individual cost codes across time and trends across projects.

Project Progress Dashboard

The Project Progress dashboard provides a method for viewing reported time and progress for manufacturing jobs and other project jobs within the same screen.

Calculation of a Current Performance Index (CPI) allows for pinpointing underperforming areas within a phase, within a project and across multiple projects.

The visibility of the CPI for a particular Role Code across multiple projects is vital to understanding whether it is an issue for a single project, or whether it is related to a type of task or a particular role code.

The dashboard also provides an effective prompt for organizations that engage in progress related billing.

Budget Spread Dashboard

The Budget Spread dashboard provides details around Project Budgets, Roles, and Rates.

Use the dashboard to analyze budget spread over time, across multiple Project, Fiscal Periods, Fiscal Years and Cost Codes.

The ability to compare actuals versus forecast and the chance of forecast (by revision) provides Project Management with a viewpoint of Project performance.

Project Ledger Dashboard

The Project Ledger dashboard provides improved visibility of Project Ledger information across multiple Projects.

Review selected details across projects to monitor and control project activities.

The dashboard also includes a graphical view of the detail of WIP values by Project and WIP values by Cost Code across all Projects.

Having this information available at the Project Ledger level reduces the requirement to extend the GL to include multiple WIP accounts by Cost Code.
