Price List
Price Lists can be used in APM Contracts to charge a customer for parts, materials, and services.
Price Lists are used for contract line items using the Rates billing type.
Price Lists are a standard Kinetic feature. For the Advanced Project Management module, price lists are easily accessible in Advanced Project Management > Contract Management > Setup.
Price Lists in Advanced Project Management
Price Lists are set up, then added to APM Contracts for the on-charging of parts, materials, and services on contract line items with a Rates billing type.
Using the selected Price List, parts purchased via Purchase Orders are converted to billable items for the Contract Customer.
Currently, only Price List Type = Unit Price is supported for this purpose.
Price List in APM is applicable for Parts only, where these parts are purchased directly for a Project / Phase / Cost Code specified in the PO Release.

Price Lists are standard in Kinetic. The APM module also has a menu path to standard Kinetic Price List Maintenance.
